Having studied theatre at Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, LA.., Bo never dreamt about “running away and joining the circus”, but that’s just what he did. Once he finished college his window finally opened when he applied for a wardrobe position with the Big Apple Circus. What an elephant ride that was!!
After a performance with the Big Apple
Circus, he was given a phone number and was told to call the
vice-president of talent for Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey. Bo
agreed to a contract with them in the parking lot of a Burger King in
Chicago, IL.
He performed with Ringling for roughly 5 years.
Touring with Ringling, he met so many interesting people, people who
taught him as much as they could about adapting to circus life on the
“big show”. When he decided to retire from Ringling, he took those
memories with him. Those memories have allowed him to stay in contact
with very special people. These people have become some of his best
friends.
“It is my honor to represent All Star talent as a
performer. This company has given me the chance to rekindle my passion
for theatre. Through my contact, I have the privilege of performing
with these special friends who have taught me everything I know.”
